Loved the cozy sitting area and the rooftop terrace for relaxation. Free toiletries were a nice touch, and the location was prime for exploring Tulum. However, our room had no windows and felt quite cramped. The noise from the diesel generator next door made it hard to sleep, and the cold shower was a big letdown. Also, some maintenance is needed since the bed linens looked a bit worn. Overall, not the worst experience but definitely room for improvement.

The lovely outdoor dining area offered a delightful atmosphere and the staff were truly friendly and helpful! Being just a stroll away from all nearby restaurants made exploring Tulum super easy.

A bit of improvement on the noise insulation would be ideal, especially as the street can be lively at night.

It was just an optimal selection for a short stay in Tulum with good value. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. Bring earplugs as the street noise can be disruptive at night.
